The McLaughlin Team is an Aspen based family team with 27 years of experience in residential real estate. Tracy McLaughlin has consistently ranked in the Wall Street Journal/Real Trends top 50 agents in the United States. Tracy is a published author on the subject of residential real estate and is currently writing her second book. Tracy McLaughlin co founded Morgan Lane, and subsequently purchased Pacific Union International which she helped grow to the nation’s fifth largest residential real estate brokerage. The McLaughlin Team joined the highly regarded brokerage The Agency in early 2019 after the sale of Pacific Union.  Tracy is the author of the widely acclaimed Real Estate Rescue: How America Leaves Billions Behind In Residential Real Estate And How To Maximize Your Home’s Value (Mango Publishing) and a guest contributor to the Aspen Times newspaper on the subject of residential real estate.  Tracy, Whitney and Grace are regular guests on podcasts with a long standing history of expertise on home development, design and how to help monetize homes for their buyer and sellers.
